(Clippers, combs, hair blowers, and related items)
- Tools are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- The item can be unsealed or sealed, but it must show no wear or physical damage and include all original content that came with the product (e.g., packaging, manuals, and accessories).
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Tools showing signs of use, wear, or physical damage caused by improper handling.
- Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
- If a tool is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
- After 30 days, defects may be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
(Hair products like gel, pomade, hair care, facial care, and related items)
- Consumable products are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, unsealed, and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Opened or partially used items.
- Items with broken seals or missing original packaging.
- Products purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
- Refund requests for online orders must be initiated within the applicable timeframe (30 days for tools, 7 days for consumable products).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
- In-store purchases must be returned to the same location with the original receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Bring the item and proof of purchase to the Sharp Society location where it was purchased.
- Our staff will inspect the item and process the return or exchange.
